A Warm Hello
The following information is specifically for those planning a visit, so that you know, beforehand, what to expect on a Sunday morning.
Where and When
We meet every Sunday at 10:30am. We look forward to seeing you!
You can expect a warm welcome; great worship; relevant preaching based in the Word of God and a friendly group of people ready to learn more about what it means to be a follower of Jesus.
Come and join us!
The children and young people start the service with us before going to their age appropriate groups. There is a creche available for the U4's, although if you would prefer to have your children stay with you in the service that is okay with us!
On the second Sunday of the month, our service is all-age. Either in the style of 'Messy' church with craft and activities in the hall or led by the children and young people themselves.
Our services are available on zoom please contact us if you would like to receive a link.
Our Service
The service begins at 10.30am with a warm welcome from one of our team members, then we share news and notices, usually about what's going on in the life of the church. The children and young people leave the service after approximately 15min to go to their classes. Then follows a service which includes a time of sung worship, led by our musicians or using YouTube clips; members of the fellowship lead us by reading the Bible Passage chosen for that week and in Prayers for the wider community; our minister Tim Keightley gives a sermon that is bible based and that we can apply to our everyday life.
After the service refreshments are served in the Hall, and we hope you will stay and get to know us!
What about my children
Our Sunday Club for those aged 4-16 yrs is now open on a Sunday morning it runs at the same time as the morning service enabling you to enjoy worship while the children learn and have fun. There is no need to book a place ahead of time.
Under 4's are catered for in a creche run by members who have undergone DBS checks.
Check out our mid-week activities.
Getting Connected
Housegroups
While Sundays are a great way to meet new people, it is often in smaller gatherings that you can really get to know someone. Being part of one of our small groups allows you to make new friends, share together and support each other. We have a number of groups that meet throughout the week, one in the morning and some evenings. Check out the Housegroup page and see if there’s one that you could join, or we can put you in touch with a small group leader who will be more than happy to invite you along to their group.
Other Ministries
We also run the following ministries:
