The Boys' Brigade and Girls' Association
The Boys' Brigade is of one of the biggest Christian Youth Organisations in the UK. Our company here at Belmont Road is also a Girls' Association which means that we welcome boys and girls alike and run a joint program.
The sessions offer a wide range of activities including games, crafts, sports, Christian teaching, music and cooking.
We run 4 different age groups:
Friday 5.45 - 7pm : Anchors - aged 4-8 for those in school years Reception, 1-3
Friday 7.00 - 8.15pm : Juniors - aged 8-11 for those in school years 4-6
Friday 8.15 -9.30pm : Seniors - aged 11-14 for those in school years 7-9 & 14+ - aged 14-18 for those in school years 10+
We are part of the Enfield Battalion and take part in group activities and competitions.
In November 5 Seniors; Emily, Holly, Chloe, Sophie and Harry, took 2nd place in the Battalion quiz being pipped to 1st place by 1/2 a mark!
All our leaders are DBS checked and have had training in our Safeguarding Policies. Many of them have been working with children and young people for many years and have a wealth of experience.
